Frequency of Cleaning Services

House Cleaning Frequency – How much should you do?

One-Time Services – Here are the most usually offered one-time uses for house cleaning:

  • This is a “deep cleaning“.  Here the house is completely organized and cleaned up since it has not been cleaned for a while.  For some people this is great because the entire house is back in order.
  • Spring cleaning”
  • Move-in/move-out real estate cleaning“, renovations cleaning for your home

A standard cleaning is going to be an essential cleaning .  Try to think of a rundown of cleaning assignments that you want done. When we arrive we will go through your house with you.

A spring cleaning is everything included in you normal cleaning with some additional cleaning errands.  This could involve the outside including the landscaping part of your property.

A move-in/move-out cleaning is essentially a spring cleaning without furniture. You would perform the same assignments that you would for a spring cleaning. We also clean within the cupboards, cooler, stove, cabinets, toilets and parts of the garage.

Repeating Services – Here are the cleaning frequencies for repeating cleanings:

  • Weekly (at regular intervals)
  • Bi-weekly or every other week (at regular intervals)
  • Monthly (at regular intervals)

What should you do?

It’s really up to your situation.  If you want a clean super clean house then go week by week and see how it goes.  For some people bi-weekly is fine.  If you have a large family you may need more cleanings.  If you are single then you probably only need a month to month frequency.  If you are not sure we can always discuss your house cleaning options when we do an estimate for you.
